No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, reverse-engineered, distributed, sold, or used to create derivative works without the prior written permission of the owner.

You retain ownership of the original stories and materials you submit. By using the platform, you grant NEW ERA a limited license to process your input to generate your films, images, voice narration, and posters.

Films, posters, and other works generated on NEW ERA are produced using the platform’s proprietary tools and may carry a NEW ERA © watermark and credit. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any story, likeness, name, or material you submit.

You agree not to use NEW ERA to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that violates the rights or privacy of any person. You agree not to attempt to copy, scrape, resell, or clone the platform or its branding.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices and any free-trial terms are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of your current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may vary in quality and accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEW ERA and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Unauthorized use of this website, its code, or its branding may result in account termination and civil or criminal liability. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies to protect our intellectual property.
